Mystery of biology 6 : spice effect.

SPICE EFFECT

When we are intended to eat spicy food, surely we'll feel over secretion of watery fluid in our mouth. Why it happens....? what's the relationship between spice to this type of secretion......? Why our body shows such characteristic reaction.....? what's the scientific reason for this.....?

Spices are the key material which brings excitement while eating. The watery fluid secreted before eating because of excitement is SALIVA. Saliva is secreted by 3 glands. The intention of secretion of saliva is convert the starch present in the food to di-saccharide sugars.

When we looked into a spicy material, sense organs get activated and gives information to cranial glands, that, body is going to consume the food which is rich in carbohydrates and proteins etc. Master gland pituitary senses properly this and stimulates the salivary gland to increase it's activity. As a result we fell heavy water secretion in buccal cavity.

Here, we should appreciate the co-ordination of our body systems. Can we get any better miracle than this.
We should look into one aspect clearly, that is, if a person is not getting proper salivation even though that person grasps and experiences such spicy food, it is a sign of improper functioning of our system. So we can take better precaution. Our body itself  giving signals of it's malfunctioning, we must know how to notice those.
LETS LEARN THIS TO KEEP OUR BODY AS MUCH HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE.
